Just an FYI for anyone wanting to record drums out there - recently picked up a set of Red5 drum mics (they have an outlet on evilbay and a website) and they are brilliant. Great way of doing it on a budget and for the price you pay you get a hell of alot of bang for your buck (4 snare/tom mics, one kick mic, 2 overheads, clips to attach mics to drums + flightcase for £157 ffs!). Even scarier they sound good too. I'll post samples at some point in the next few weeks
