4.
Has this got Luminlays?
No, the fretboard dots are white pearl and the side dots are black.
 5. I've managed to get my hands on some scales and it weighs in at just under 4.4kg. Not bad!
 6.
Amazing looking bass! What year is it please?
I'm not sure, I've emailed Musicman to confirm.
 7.
How about, my wife, 2 kids and a scruffy cat called Mufty?
Will you include postage? 😆
 8.
Oh crikey!
That's the standard reaction to this bass
 9. These are great! Easy to use and at this price, a total bargain. I plugged my Stingray straight into one of these to record this demo (shameless plug) http://basschat.co.uk/topic/295680-musicman-stingray-classic-white-video-added/page__pid__3195780#entry3195780
 10. I've bought a flight case so can now post this if required.

 14. I've added a rough video to the first post for those interested in how it sounds. I've never made a bass demo before so it's not great, but may be useful to some.
 15.
looks fab ! glwts
Thanks 👍
 16.
Are you able to post?
It comes with a gig bag so I'd ideally like it to be collected due to the average couriers fists of ham.
 17.
Do you know the weight?
Thanks for all the comments chaps. This was on hold for someone but is now available again. The weight is just over 9lbs from memory, ill confirm exactly tonight.
 18.
Acidbass is looking for one of these in the wanted section I think!
I've let him know, thanks 👍
 19. Musicman Classic Stingray in a rare limited edition finish. There aren't too many of these around! This Classic 'Ray is a reissue of the early instruments made famous by the likes of Bernard Edwards and Flea, and really captures the vibe perfectly. It's a Stingray with all the nice bits that Ernie Ball has since omitted, like the HIGHLY figured maple neck and fret board with a high gloss finish, the vintage bridge with adjustable string mutes (very cool), and the vintage spec electronics. It sounds much fuller than any other Stingray I've owned and is a total joy to play. Musicman have confirmed that the bass was 'born' on 28 Jan 2010 and is a Guitar Centre Limited Edition 😎 It weighs a very reasonable 4.4kg. I'm after £1150 including a brand new Gator Flightcase. Below is a rough video to give you guys an idea of how it sounds. The first pass is with the EQ flat, then bass and treble boosted at 50%, then 100%. 20.
What's the neck profile like? More jazzy?
Hi, it's more Jazz than Precision but not exactly like either. It's slightly wider than a jazz but less deep front to back, if that makes sense?
