I'm reluctantly selling my old Precision as the funds are needed elsewhere. This bass used to belong to WoT of this parish, details of which can be found here http://basschat.co.uk/topic/231110-nbd-1971-precision/ The bass is very light (around 8lbs), very resonant and well balanced. Since WoT's ownership it has been refinished very nicely in the original Candy Apple Red with a thin nitro topcoat, had the Bart replaced with a vintage spec Lollar pickup, and now lives in a Fender vintage reissue hard case. The nut was also replaced with a custom made (by Andy Crockett) bone item, as the original plastic one had become worn. It is wearing a set of TI flats, and sounds wonderful. The only downside to this bass is that it has a couple of high frets around the 15th/16th fret, but as I never venture up there, it hasn't been a problem. Due to the mods that have been made, I'm asking for a respectable £1200. I'm selling cab as I'll be loosing my storage space soon, and I can't see it going unnoticed in the lounge.. It is an 8 ohm, ceramic loaded 4x10 that sounds incredible and looks proper. to anyone that has been lost in the Neo/class D wilderness, try one of these with a proper amp and prepare to grin. SOLD
Ha ha, think you'd find it too much for you Jay, those lines that look like frets aren't
Why do all of your basses have bits missing?

I don't know how you find the time, mate! That said, first dibs on the Jazz with the black blocks

I've recently sold an amp and cab to Dan, and he was a pleasure to deal with. We had a slight glitch with the courier but all was well in the end. Thanks mate.

Awesome Genz Shuttlemax 6.0 including the official foot switch. From the Genzbenz website The ShuttleMAX series offers the most full featured preamp designs, and highest output power available in this class of compact, lightweight amplifiers. Preamp features include: FET and 12AX7 TUBE channels--selectable and blendable, low and high gain settings per channel, four band Active EQ networks with dual parametric mid-range networks, adjustable signal shape circuits and complete LED status indicators. The rear panel design is just as complete with our studio quality XLR D.I. interface, 3 effects loops, aux. input, headphone out, tuner out, footswitch jacks and Speakon® outputs. The dual preamps offer extreme versatility from deep transparent slap tone, to focused, organic mid clarity, to all-out rock grind. The 12AX7 tube channel provides a wide range of gain structure that produces smooth, clean tube warmth or can be dialed all the way up to the critical mass of aggressive overdrive. All tone variations are accessible from the 5 button footswitch which is included. This model produces 375 Watts at 8 ohms and 600 watts at 4 ohms and weights only 5.75 lbs. At this power level and preamp versatility, this ShuttleMAX bridges the gap for many players and their equipment and transporting needs. The amp is extremely potent into a single Barefaced BB2, has almost limitless EQ and control options and weighs nothing! It's a great amp but has been well used and has various signs of wear. Nothing that affects the performance of the head, but worth mentioning for those that like pristine equipment. I'm after £245 including postage within the UK. I may be able to do a deal including my BB2 if anyone is interest in both? Pics to follow.
