But he’s a forgiving little guy - it’s all good.
-
I say if it doesn’t arrive - you’re in, and we’ll forget it ever happened 🤔
-
I’m sitting in my ivory tower… right until it topples over, then I’ll deny the tower ever existed and say it was all just a joke I made, or a bet.

That’s not what @Thunderbird said. 😬
-
Not what Old Horse said…

Sorry @Old Horse Murphy we collectively gave @Al Krowa hard time for a line Selector…there’s not a cat in hells… You Thunderbird rustler…

Lovely amp… Second time I’ve had one. The volume pot is a bit scratchy (switch cleaner would probably sort) and the VU meter doesn’t do much…think it’s lost it’s ‘VU vu vuum…😋 (does light up, and move, just not as much as I’d expect) I have spoken with Ashdown who are more than happy to have a look/sort it - probably buttons cheap… But, having made a sneaky pre NYD 2022 amp purchase…I’ve decided it’s time for it to go to someone else and I don’t want to fork out for 2 lots of shipping and then sell it on. So, i’ll Leave that for you to decide… I have a box. So can ship at cost and risk…£15/20 in uk is my guess… Red. Slap. Ultra fast…

Knight Rider’s KITT had a baby with a Korg DT-1000. Alternatively, don’t put it in a rack and wield it like a lightsaber. Very accurate tuner, apparently. I’m deaf as a post, but the band have specifically said I was most in tune since I bought this. Rack amp Is going…so is the rack. It’d look silly on my cab. Shame. But - you can win this, for 75 raffle tickets (£1 each) postage will probably be a fiver as it’s lightweight but big ish.

Involved in an accident that wasn’t your fault? YOU NEED OPTO-COMP!! call now and speak to one of our advisors… or, get a nice little compressor which is a handy little box for boosting signal or hiding crappy dynamics - worked well for me… Only had this a few months. It’s ace - and @lee650 “Mr Compressor” (his was £60000, allegedly) said “ah yeah, they’re reet canny them leyk” or something. £4.50 posted in UK (bigger box etc) velcro on bottom - I know, thank me later.
-
Lacking spark? Here - this will do it, like a match to a bad fart…WUMPF! I’ve enjoyed this - lovely clean boost or some boost with flavour (added beans). Has Velcro on the bottom…ready to go. I have a new 2 channel amp so I don’t require a separate boost any more, I just shower…an go. whatever… It’s a boost pedal. £3 to post in UK.

Had a chat with Lee - like a true friend, he’s endured more demos and recordings of my band than anyone else… “you don’t need it - it wouldn’t suit your band” Good lad. as a point @bassfan I’ve just been given a drive pedal by a guitarist mate, am I still in?
-
Oooh…ooohh. Ah. Not sure.
-
Can’t speak with authority on this - I had the active version of the crimson one… It was about 4 years ago - and I’ve owned about 400 basses since then 😋
-
I know @lee650 has a pedal I fancy trying…I wonder if he’d let me borrow it for a bit so I don’t make a fool of myself so early on… as I have so many times before…ask Mrs T.

My December purchases have absolutely done it… WHEY!
-
