    Utter toss that. Played an ampeg rig (svt/610) and drummer said he much preferred my rig (Vanderklay cab/Ashdown head) from a sound point of view. So did I. image/sound - what’s really important?! Hope you get something new mate - I wouldn’t have stayed either.

    Later in his career he was seen with a Sadowsky Modern J type too. He would’ve made rubber bands on a shoebox sound good.

    My favourites have been 90’s ones (mute bridge), 2 eq and my Classic - which for all intents and purposes was a posh 90’s stingray…wouldn’t say no to another early 90’s one

    I’ve had about 6/7 stingrays - all consistently good, some “nicer” than others. The Sabre I’ve just got seems to give me what I was lacking in the stingrays I’ve sold. So far…happy Camper.

    I’ve sat through meetings - drummer arguing with guitarist that bass isn’t prominent enough…that was more indie/rock. Current band - I get away with murder 😂

    Come back down - Plenty Prominent Ticket - same Slide - same For an indie/rock band, I say that’s Bob on…Slide specifically is absolutely spot on. I could go through the lot, but it’s fine.
