    Well, we’re busy from next month - 4 festivals and a really decent “arena” gig - ok, it’s called an arena but it’s a 750 seat venue… We’re talking about T-Shirts as “merch” Has anyone done this - is it a big headed nonsense idea? Does anyone have experience with this? positive and negative tales welcome. i was thinking basic logo tees at £10 a pop.

    Saw them at Lancashire County Cricket Ground last week - was a funny one, watching my 15 year old daughter sing songs from my teen years - as if it was hers. Very cool. The new stuff doesn’t excite me, but it was a good show. Nothing But Thieves were great too.

    A black 4000 was used in an advert for Wharfdale speakers in my dad’s ok “What Hi-Fi?” Magazines in the 90’s. I cut the ads out and backed my school books with them (think there was a gretsch white falcon one too). Always wanted one. Alas…bank balance currently reads “NO BASSES” Bloody gorgeous in it’s simplicity.

    I didn’t to be honest - I’ve left it too long now - I was busy that weekend, then worked the week after - so he’s got the good old…”that happened while you had it” on his side. presumably he’d do that as he wasn’t honest in the listing. after years of buying/selling…I do know better, but was in a rush etc. Its still a wonderful thing - if @Andyjr1515 was closer - it’d be with him now.

    Passive volume pedal - bought for a song that’s no longer in the set and to be honest it’s one more thing for me to remember. It is well used in appearance but is absolutely solid…and functions perfectly. If you’ve ever got an unruly audience member, can be used for self defence 🤣 Very solid unit. £7.50 to post in UK No Box

    Isn’t it “cool” to “hate” gear - Ashdown were the target on here a few years ago… I have used some MB gear and didn’t fall in love…but it’s been a while. I think if you can try before you buy - maybe a local BC’er has a rig you can try? I often think about amps - my only gripe about current rig is lack of tweeters in the cabs…but I’m so baffled (no pun) by the arse-end on two lightweight 112’s - I’ll go without the click. Love them…
