    So they’re £6500 now, starting price, also...the finish I’d be after would be extra £500 deposit to get in the queue £1500 when you’re 2 years away from finished. (That’s when they tell you what you’ll actually pay). £1500 when you’re a year or so off. Balance upon completion. my brain is sweating

    Who labelled someone “dishonest”, have I missed something or are we off on a theoretical tangent? Ive negotiated and set a price, which makes him a few quid - he’s mulling it over. if he doesn’t want that, then that’s fine.

    Yeah, have just seen it on FB marketplace and it’s Taiwan. fuming, overall...if I wasn’t as skint, I’d just pay the guy via eBay. but he’s got it cheaply... and has it for 2 prices on 2 platforms and I’ve basically offered him the FB marketplace price...and he’s pissing about. 4.7 miles away too.
