    RM 210c 500 combo RM 210 cab just a beautiful little rig. I’m going to a single 410/head setup. this is as loud as anyone will need. the combo is a little older and has a small tear in the grill. But so hard to see. the 210 is a marvellous little cab, so ridiculously light. I can’t store 2 rigs - otherwise it would be staying. combo is £649 new £400 or nearest offer (it’s about 18 months old) cab is £280-£300 new £200 or nearest offer (it’s about 1 year old) collection from Manchester (M27) preferred. Shipping can happen but will be ridiculously expensive and risky.

    Tom was ace. bit of a complicated situation, new guitarist messaged two days ago, his other half had a covid test due to symptoms and they had to isolate. Hoping that test comes back negative so we can crack on. Tom turned up with a stage piano, a strat, an acoustic and a vox amp. he plays guitar well, decent rhythm player... sings beautifully. He wants to come back, we had a laugh. Next Tuesday, we should be in a room again. tested the new Zoom H4n - what a great thing that is.

    I’ve had Fender Marcus millers in natural - the original was (what seemed) a beautifully matched two piece on the front but was actually a 3 piece...madness. the second one looked like a matched front but the grain was all over the show on the back, and there were dark mineral streaks at the forearm. It ended up blue...😂

    Yeah, I’ve had two of these and they’re like a slim beaky version of the fender 6 aside normally. very nice guitars

    I’m not sure if it puts me off - but “collection only” does my nut in. Theres a very handsome Mex P on the bay at the minute...collect only. Sometimes works well thought if it’s local.

    The drummer is going to change his name to Andy too and we’re only auditioning singers called Andy (or willing to change their name). Also only auditioning singers the guitarist can’t fall in love with.

    In my first band...the guitarist started off “better” than me. I’d only taken up the bass to join the band. He had a really strong ear and could translate what he’d heard to the fingerboard really quickly. Hated him for it. Turns out he’d just been playing longer and I caught up quickly. Since then, I’ve been more likely to be a better guitarist than some of the guitarists I’ve worked with. Andy my current guitarist is a bass player too. He’s a better Guitarist than me and I’m a better bass player than him...so that’s working well 😂

    No, sorry - I might’ve been too subtle with my delivery. It was more a jibe at her short lived pop career. I’ve met KP, she was odious. Could definitely pull both of them off. Give her ten minutes and she’d marry one of them too.
