    Always “smells like teen spirit” on TOTP. love the look of these, and the sounds - but don’t suit what the band’s doing and too nice to just have one sat on a stand. Same with the RD - absolute childhood dream bass but after a stint with a Thunderbird, I know those reverse offset shapes make me look fat and short 😂

    Tom is the guy. had a full rehearsal tonight now Andy (guitarist) is out of isolation. some great stuff tonight. He has lyrics, suggestions and relaxed with the guitar - adding nice bits.

    James Brown. 45 minutes of build up and introductions. 25-30 minutes of him on stage, shouting the title of each song while various backing singers and musicians worked their back out to make him look good. Sadly, was more like Weekend At Bernies than Godfather of Soul. He died shortly after.

    Hahahahaha, didn’t even realise I’d been mentioned here. I’d adore this. I really would. I haven’t the coin, and my beautiful wife would leave if I dipped into the savings. Damn. Lovely.

    @Al Krow i had a 1024x CB a while ago. Lovely thing... burnt orange is actually a more accurate description of the colour too.

    Did some overdubs with one of these at strawberry studios in Stockport, it was ace - keep on meaning to pick one up. currently skint. This is a beauty though

    well..I have 2/3 heads I want to be in the running for... so, I will separate; Combo £375 plus postage if required Cab £175 Plus postage if required Collected together £500 - which is stupid cheap but is enough for the more expensive head. Also, I’ve found the working speaker cable I thought I’d lost. Happy to talk trades partial or otherwise for an EBS HD650/350/Fafner head. Thanks

    Well...the Ashdown went on eBay and is on here and Facebook. The pot is empty - I absolutely could not let the cab go so I dug into savings for that.
