  1. Is there a 604? Don’t need a big long thumb rest 😉😂
  2. Well, word of mouth, join my band and we put something out on Facebook. Our preferred studio wasn’t opening just yet. Unhelpful. And Pirate studios announced reopening but only to solo artists and people of the same household...🙄
  3. I am.
  4. My one skill. It used to be my job.
  5. Is it wrong to rub one out over an amp? Is that mottled grey stuff wipe down?
  6. Nah, marketplace it
  7. Rubbish that Walshy. Absolutely crap. 😉
  8. Hi Jack - minor pedantry, think the 5 string was called the 705. might push the right buyer your way
  9. Right, so lockdown has seen us inundated with offers from guitarists. Handy. We can’t audition anyone. We can’t “jam” with them... But one guy has kept constant contact. And can play. And has a car...

Bought some Sadowsky Strings from Barrie - what a guy. Massively appreciated x
  11. Was just about to say I’ve found 3 if they’re of any use. But you’re sorted 👍🏼
  12. With a good clean and a setup, that will be a nice bass. I was always impressed by the EST96, wasn’t as big fan when they changed the headstock to the shape of a trampled donut.
  13. For reference - Tanglewood or similar age.
  14. That dual J is often seen on Tanglewood MM copies of a similar era too. The Tanglewoods had a fuller body shape and more MM headstock, but were very similar.
  15. Vintage (JHS) est96 earlier model. Possibly 90’s:
  16. Whey! Love a good slap.
  17. If I had more money spare. This wouldn’t be for sale anymore. Love that colour. Simple and classy.
  18. The key is to wick a little bit in, let it set. Then again and later it up. If you provide a picture I can guide you through it. Here’s a Washburn I sorted with a mix of superglue and Nail Polish (Rimmel BTW)
  19. You sound like my wife. except the ‘thank you‘ bit.
  20. Yeah - really does stick in the craw a bit that.
