this is the one I’m always on the lookout for...should’ve bought this in 2000/01 but it had a preamp fault. Bought a Spector NS-94 instead. But I’ve never been as in love with a bass as this...it had “tune guitar technology” in gold on the neck. I thought it was the coolest bass I’d ever seen - been playing for about 3 years at that point. This was Korean and about £500

Even worse, it was while cleaning up after the cat that I missed it. Fuming as it was well within budget.

Had an NS-94 when I was 18/19 - it was amber burst with SIMs LEDS. I bought it in the Manchester Bass Centre (in Castlefield basin!) Anyhow, my trace rig died and I had to sell it to find a new amp, ended up with a Carvin R600. It came up on eBay 4/5 years ago and I planned to buy it but missed the bidding - it came up on some social media feed and I got sentimental. Anyone on here got it?

Holy shite. I discovered rush late in life but it’s absolutely apparent that NP was the engine of that band. He seemed like a wonderful person too, unaffected by success, just wanted to pursue his interests... Shite. Wow. Didn’t realise his passing would bother me.

Spoke to the guys about a b-stock/ex demo cab...ordered and paid for at 1pm yesterday. Arrived by 9am today. Jesus wept...grand behaviour.

Jazz basses (there are 3) sit better that way.
