  1. They’re ace. Unfortunately the house move has cleared me out so if I want new bits, something’s gotta give
  2. Totally unsure on this. A Gibson I’m after has come up and while I’m reluctant to let these go, they were last in and my BB414 does similar and isn’t going anywhere. Pink one is very clean - think 1990/91 plays great but the pots were sticky/crackly and I had a spare EMG P/J kit so plonked them in. Sounds wonderful and plays great. will include original wiring although the pots v/t will want replacing. The EMG’s are with this bass. £275 The Black one is also ridiculously clean for a bass of it’s age. The original pickups are brilliant. it’s also from about 90/91 £225 Both newly restrung with 40-100 nickels. no cases - can post in UK for £15 a piece.
  3. Insane. Regret selling my Sunburst one - silly move by me.
  4. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F323880350505 this is lovely if it stays at £250
  5. not quite in the same league, but more my cup of tea - I await my own bird...
  6. Have just messaged my guitarist who’s after one of these 👌🏼
  7. *cough* Adam Clayton *cough* (just a joke before that can of worms opens up - I rate AC) Ah. Yes. I thought Mr Sarzo had played in Whitesnake and Ozzy just of the top of my head. More than I’ve done, fair play. Also led to believe he’s a nice bloke.
  8. They won’t sell to you though I don’t think - to do with Fenders worldwide dealer/distributor stuff.
  9. I’m getting a hint of this, with the control layout and partial cutout of the pickguard. It could’ve been a little bit nicer...
  10. These were 1997/98-2001 so a bit before Schecter did a similar shape. they still did this body shape up until last year. very pretty bass
  11. I bought USA vintage for mine, they fit beautifully. Then I sold it. Shame, but much preferred my other jazz
  12. I had one of these (Jackson C5p Concert bass) for about 10 years. No idea why I sold it. Beautiful neck profile.
  13. Still got 3 other Yamaha basses. an interesting interloper is on the way though...
  14. I’m down to 1BB now 😟 i did have a 415, but can’t remember what I had on it - I’d say 40-125 was likely
  15. No, in all honesty I sold the rm800/210/115 rig as I thought I was packing in playing. The RM500 combo was enough when I realised I wasn’t packing it in...miss having that cool ‘little’ rig though.
  16. An 84 bb...lovely, Just going to rob a post office 🙄😉😂
  17. I’ve had the RM800 and now run a RM500, it’s a great amp - I’ve recently started using the sub setting on a new idea and listening back to the recording it sounds brilliant. Did some recording recently and used the Ashdown combo even though I had Ampeg 810/SVT and Trace stacks at my disposal.
  18. I’ve seen this on 70’s fenders...wonder if I have a pic of the jazz I did a new nut for...
  19. https://www.btnmusic.co.uk/product/yamaha-trb-eq-control-knob-lex-b-18/
  20. Yeah, and I’ve already had a NS-94
  21. Yeah it was on my watch list. Bought something else though 🤦🏻‍♂️😂
