I’d go contemporary club, nice looking basses. The ignition (cheapest ones) don’t really look as nice.

Can’t stand Danelectro’s with that “dolphin” headstock. Looks so half-finished. miss my 59 dc bass. Keep on meaning to get another - preferred the 90’s one but love the new copper burst ones.

Jonny bought my QTron. QtronAnalogbomb... has a ring to it. nice one pal - have fun with this awesome pedal.

Is anyone near Cannock in Staffordshire who could collect a bass and box up for shipping? might be a stupid idea, but I really fancy something which the seller won’t ship. but it’s only a £200 bass and I feel the 200 mile round trip might be a bit excessive...

Maybe from the outside looking in. Happiest in my own company. Rarely happens so I generally spend my days being a bit spiky and miserable. It’s not so bad with my wife and kids, but people I don’t know, it’s like scraping sandpaper across my soul.

Nah. Mutual online appreciation of each other’s awkwardness is enough socialising for this week.

Well, it’s weird. we joke about stuff and there’s rapport, and there’s a feeling of camaraderie...but we’re a diverse bunch. I feel the strongest connection with the drummer - he’s a lovely bloke. We’re talking about a band night out, I must admit I’m not 100% sure it’s a good idea - after our last gig we had the gear stored and went out. Very different socialising styles. Not as bad as a previous band who had a crazy Drug habit - not into that, made me uneasy.

Still waiting on the bridge for this...been 3 weeks. Not best pleased that I’ve had stuff from China and Germany for this, but a bridge from the south of England hasn’t made it. Also doesn’t help that as I’ve ramped up questions/asked for a refund...seller has gone quiet. Anyhow, will move on with the rest and see what I can find to replace the idea of the replacement.

Or I could get another 210...

Will fit with the back seats down. or if I trade to a v60 estate
