    Bought a load of strings to do all my basses...not an inconsiderable spend. GAK shipped using fedex, “cool” I thought “fed ex guy knows where I live”. nope. Big box of bass strings “delivered” to someone, somewhere, but not on my street (only 3 houses on the road) - I’ve checked the bins, the garage, the garden...no card left. BRILLIANT.

    Go for it - you’ll only make the same back, or even profit. you could re-list for £300 with shipping as an option and you’d get it back. £250 is cheap, you’ve fell lucky

    Fond memories of this led me into a bidding war. And they’re as fun as ever. But I want a Dunlop bass way as I’ve started using it in a few songs and want a bit more control over the envelope. so while I’d love to keep it, I won’t use it once I have the 105q. £60 plus about £3.50 to post in the UK. no box, has Velcro on the bottom

    Finally found the Yamaha bridge I was after for my BB, so this lovely thing is surplus. its about 3 months old, and lovely and shiny. £10 plus £1.50 to post? lovely.

    There were 2 blue 5 strings on Facebook buy/sell groups last month. One fretted and one fretless, they do crop up more than the 4’s to be honest (not that I’ve been looking 😂)
