    Haha, I think the brown bit is some of the grain, but while the repair isn’t invisible - it is smooth and solid.

    I previously had this listed this for what I paid, but if I can get £350, I’m happy. If you need it shipping, it’ll be £20 in the UK. it’s not perfect, but it is ace - and is now wearing a brand new set of BS rotosound strings which aren’t for me but I can see what the fuss is about. Manchester M27 if you want to see it... but the pics show it warts and all. A unique (ish) bass, I’ve had my fun - it’s your town. has various rings and songs - but looks brilliant for 25 ish years old. There is an older repair at the Headstock which is smooth and solid - doesn’t affect the bass at all but needs a mention. had a guy offer a trade who then disappeared, so...back up for sale/trade.

    Use them on all of mine except one - only because it shipped with schaller ones which I’ll be taking off. i used to use Dunlop’s but they stick out a lot

    Will the original screws not fit into those buttons? Still keep the locking mechanism but use the epiphone screws? or, use some grolsch beer bottle washers and don’t bother with the screw in type.

    Well I won’t get the chance to do much with it tonight. Iris is restless/fed up so it’ll have to wait as the sound of a bass isn’t what she wants...I can just tell.

    Right after a traffic jam and two very upset little travs needing sorting for bed, I’ve no time tonight...missed my own deadline. got two new drummers coming down tonight and I won’t have time to finesse things before I have to pick up the guitarist (his car is currently being sold for scrap as the engine is gone and it’s worth less than a new engine...he plays a £4000 Les Paul and a £2000 tele through a £1500 amp...but has a £400 car 🤷🏻‍♂️) so. attitude and orange 414 as per. Not exactly a hardship.
