    I bolt riffs/ideas together. i have a bank of silly little riffs which I call upon and then turn them into sections of a tune.

    Damn, was watching this and forgot to bid. did the seller include the original p pickup? I seem to recall they came with a nice vintage American 62 reissue p pickup which might suit the j pickup in terms of balance more. you lucky person - good price too.

    FYI The plural for a group of BB basses is a ‘Trav’ apparently. Glad my ‘useless’ knowledge came into play 😉

    Machine heads...one of them is loose, they have adjusters on the bottom, and rarely the elephant ear part works loose and may need replacement (although I’ve seen them repaired with blobbed supergluing...) might not be, but I’d say it’s a possibility

    The chaps from Mudvayne, Incubus and Fieldy from Korn also spring to mind. I know Fieldy is very clicky and possibly has the “worst” bass tone ever...but listen to his rhythm. Dirk Lance who was in Incubus really is a bit monstrous (think he left them a while ago)
