    I’d not want to pay huge amounts for that. £450 is enough to get a totally clean one. £200-£250 is the most I’d go for on this example

    Volume and tone per pickup, like a les Paul...originally the idea made sense. Now you’ve placed doubt in my mind hahaha. @KiOgon knew what I meant when we spoke about it.

    The pickup spec on the p is wrong, it’s a hot for p which is about 21/22k. Its the only thing I wanted different to my attitude, I wanted a tone control for the P too so that I had a stock P option.

    Well. Bum. Back plates on the Wilkinson tuners foul each other. option 1. file down, bit scrappy. option 2. buy some hipshot ultra lite licensed at £60 sell Wilkinson tuners.

    Yeah, after two weeks off work it’s stopped spectacularly. I’ve had no time. in saying that, I have started the neck pocket reshape, which hasn’t been as straightforward as I’d like. Will start again tonight. Currently looks like this... And all of the other bits arrived today (including @KiOgon loom which looks amazing!!!

    Buy the 3000, love it for a while. Then realise you need to sell it to me.

    Neck through 3000, it’s the pinnacle of the bb range. The P34 is a posh version of the new models. if it were my choice (and I wish it was) that 3000 is perfection
