  1. Give it time. You know where it is. still trying to figure out who bought @Beedster‘s 2024mx - that’s the next on the list.
  2. Thing is, and no offence to Spector basses (I’ve owned a couple) They’re never going to be a high volume seller - I know they sell a lot of basses compared to say Shuker or even overwater... I think they can expand product lines as much as they like, they can bring out 1000’s of new products...but the core audience won’t grow with that and it’ll be a crapshoot and then they’ll be sold off to someone else who has to rebuild. i remember there being discussion of PRS’ UK distributor taking over WAL. That didn’t happen - and look at the increasing demand and prices for them. A big company like korg will want to expand Spector...
  3. Whoops again...
  4. They opened an ivy in Manchester...
  5. @kevin_lindsay has one of these. Cool basses
  6. No, they write nice stories though.
  7. I’m already a fat c*nt meant the priory didn’t i? stupid c*nt too.
  8. I’m about to check into The ivy for a 16 week BB rehabilitation course. ive sold a bb to buy a bb...does that count?
  9. Bleedin Nora! COR BLIMEY and Phwoooooaaaaar! in that order. just ripped me pants.
  10. Wouldn’t it be interesting if one could compare them side by side...🤔
  11. There’s a guy driving to have a look tonight, will update as needed. Hope that’s ok?
  12. Pm’d...again 🤭
  13. Makes you last longer if you practice while looking at pictures
  14. Wow, never seen one of those!
  15. Not that I know of. I bought my lad a Harley Benton one and it’s decent enough and ride for modding @blablas has done a few.
  16. You need a red fretless bb from 1987, that white is just too garish 🤔
  17. Bought this hoping to get it fretted. the overall cost was prohibitive and I got a bb1100s a week after. Planned on keeping it as it’s a beauty. But as it’s fretless, it has competition in the house and another 1100s has just come up for sale which I’d like to get my hands on. its light - around 9lbs (some of these can be boat anchors). it plays beautifully and has a Birdseye maple neck (another reason I didn’t want to start messing with the neck). Some very minor marks, but for a 32 year old bass it’s very, very clean. No hardship keeping this - but another bb1100s is hard to resist. Will remove if I can’t sort the 1100 - postage will be £15 in UK, or collection with a brew chucked in is free - Manchester M27
  18. That’s “graphite” I think. Looks cool - nearly bought a fretless one in natural
  19. Mines alright 😉 Need this to stick around for a week or so 🙄😉
  20. Means I’m cleaning up my vomit again. Knew I shouldn’t have eaten it after the last time.
  21. Believe me, you’d be hard pushed to better it for £345. If the bb pile wasn’t considerable and I wasn’t waiting for some refunds to process (one damaged eBay item - I’ll get my money back sometime near Christmas) 🙄
