So. Tomorrow the nice man in a van collects my bb1500a from the wonderful @tredderswho collected it for me from the seller who wouldn’t ship. I’m even more excited with the reports that it looks basically new, and plays perfectly. Worth the wait? We shall see…😋

That’s a beauty. i can’t buy anything else as I’m on my 3rd bass in 3 months… it’s a winner that though - I’ve had 2 Geddy’s and preferred the Mexican one. i sold that for £775 2 years ago so £800 is a steal now. Top seller too. Easy decision to make. -

Weight. Just over 10lbs. Which - is a bit heavy for me. I’d prefer 9lbs. But… The sounds. The sounds, the neck, the feel of something that good. love it.

I had a blue one. nice P bass type sound with acoustic elements obviously. like a jack Casady, but probably more versatile

I read something today - thought it was a post on here (?) that it was 40mm/Jazz. I’m just packing up for rehearsal as I’ve had 2 negative Covid tests in 48hrs and while I feel like I’ve been washed inside with a mucky tea towel, the opportunity to hear both new Musicman basses at volume with new strings is motivational.
