I got free tickets to see The Fratellis and I still tried to get a refund 😂 Only gig I’ve ever walked out of. I went to the bar when Muse were on stage once - it was the Origin Of Symmetry tour and Matt Bellamy was at the height of his singing through a distortion pedal - it just did my head in.

Well, my bank balance post Christmas suggests I’ll be out for at least a while. got boring stuff to do like bedroom decorating etc.

Well…the “P” sound I desire isn’t as “P-y” as I’d like… so, I might give it a go. if it’s not right, I’ll keep the plate and pickup and I can return it to stock pickup/body.

“God is a dj” at v2001, it had been coming down in sheets. Just as he’s delivering the monologue “this is where I come to heal my hurts - tonight, god is a Dj…” The clouds parted behind the stage and the sun came out. Mental. Indulged a bit too much that weekend. I remember booing Texas from a hill while muse were tossing each other off over plug in baby… saw them at a few festivals and at Manchester Arena… they were ace - he was so charismatic and loved his lyrics… damn time.
