    Pino Palladino - I actively seek out his work Nathan East Leland Sklar Bob Babbitt Tony Levin There are loads. But all of the above make me watch. Steve Lewinson - love his playing Lee Pomeroy I could just list them all, full of admiration - wished I’d pushed harder at my dream of being a session bass player. Managed a couple of low level release things and a bit of TV, but had kids and gave up.

    Came with a recent acquisition, not really my cup of tea. fluffy shoulder strap - in decent nick; shows some wear marks where the adjustment part has been - I suspect it’s 90’s as the bass is. Has strap locks fitted for Dunlop, so will include the Dunlop stuff (pins etc) for another £10. price includes postage.

    When something works for you…it just works. I had about 9 Yamaha BB’s at one point. I’ve still got one, the one that started the obsession. More power to you - winner, they look great and not run of the mill.

    Does it work with headphones? Just asking…might a quick cheap fix as they’re a basic 10” driver?

    I’d normally save Dave Wilson - but he’s not working currently. Tom Diggins (TDog Custom) has stopped taking on work as he’s swamped. SIMs have stopped doing paint jobs now I think too? Bow finishing come highly recommended

    Lewis bought a Yamaha from me - fortunately he was passing by for an event so I got to meet him. It was brief - but all comms were ace and he’s a lovely bloke. Enjoy!

    Well…that’s a beauty. Had a Fender CS55 relic (just like stings bass) and I regret selling it daily. Congratulations - if you ever need a babysitter for it…🥸

    Sub 10lbs for a neck through Yamaha is pretty good. this is fit. And I need to stop looking at it - the drool is ruining my t-shirt.

    It’s time mate - if you look for my last lot of stuff on Spotify, that’s all this exact bass - 6 tracks, 6 different sounds. the strings were quite played in when I recorded too - wanted for nothing.
