1. It did, but the buyer has turned out to be a no hope. He has asked me to reserve the bass so his mate can buy it. The buyer has 0 feedback, has been a member for a year or so and is in Slovakia So its now back up for sale. Nick
2. You know you want it its an even better beast with the wizards fitted...........
3. Bump. Only a few hours left on ebay for this.....
4. Edit. Its still for sale
5. Thanks. It looks sooo much better in the flesh. It has a slight sparkle to the finish. I will regret seeing it go but my flea bass GAS has started up again and i must get one! With an orange flake one almost in my grasp this must go!! Nick
6. I have this on ebay, and thought i'd whack it on 'ere too. Its the jazz bass which previously belonged to Lukeward. From what i know about it its a parts bass. Allparts neck, Signature body, Badass II bridge, Vintage reverse tuners. Fender pots and wiring. Newly fitted Wizard 84's ( i will also include the pickups that came with the bass, altho not sure of the make they souned great). Strap locks and a decent padded gigbag. The bass is very well built and sounds awesome with the wizards. I have had a lot of half decent jazzes including US, jap and artist fenders and this is as good, if not better than some i have owned. Im not too sure on a price but would like to get something around £350 for it. To answer a few questions i have got. Its a 34inch scale and the width at the nut is 37mm. [attachmen t=8879:P1010727.JPG] Cheers!
7. Shame this is too far as i would have almost definately have this. Have a bump on me Nick
8. I have just replaced the pups from my JazzBasstard for some lovely Wizards. They are now surplus to requirements. I dont know what make they are, but they sounded excellent when they were fitted. Quite loud and punchy. Will come with pickup screws and foam stuck to the bottom. Dunno what to ask for them, so make me an offer. Nick
9.
Probably handy if you're in the habit of regularly changing in and out different pickups, but if not I'd rather have the security of a solidly soldered joint. You'd still need to solder anyway, I doubt you can connect these direct to pot lugs etc. because they're not long enough to get in the hole sufficiently for the screw to catch them. It's just another thing to potentially go wrong - there's more chance of one of these going wrong than a competently made solder joint.
Im looking at trying out different pickups. I recently got some Wizard pickups, i want a custom set as i have a specific sound but Andy suggested i try the 84s and if they arnt what im after i can send them back to be re-wound. So I may be chopping and changing pickups. I was thinking about just snipping the wire about an 2 inches from the pots so i have enough that side.
10. I was just thinking as an alternative to soldering could i use these terminal blocks to wire in pickups? Nick
11. How much would you be after for the bass?? Nick
12. Where abouts are you? Nick
13. Does anyone have any sound clips of these pickups. A kinda before and after? Im interested in these once i get my jazz on Sunday. Nick
14. If only the maple f/b neck was on the Black body. I'd be seriously interested in it then! Any chance you could swap them over? Nick
15. Good! i was starting to think about buying it back! Nick

19. I have a 2 seater sofa i need to get rid of. I was keeping it for my neice till she gets her own place. I dont have the space for it anymore, and she dont want it so its got to go. Its quite a deep sofa. Its a darkish lime green colour. Could do with a bit of a clean. Very comfy. Its free to whoever comes collect it. Im in Romford, Essex. Nick
20. I recently bought a Microsoft Zune player from the states. It was shipped with Fedex then given to ANC to deliver ni this country. I ordered it nearly 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but trouble with ANC. They have repetedly promised me it was on its way to me and each time it has sat in the depot. The promis to return my calls and they dont. I called them yesterday and they said my package is at the Dartford depot, so i call the Dartford depot and am told its at the Chelmsford depot. I call them and they say its in the Dartford depot. So in short its lost. ANC are the biggest bunch of cowboys out there in my eyes. I have tried to put in a complaint but each time im put on hold then cut off. I have just checked my shipping number now online and its now saying my package is being sent back to the sender!!!! Great way to do business. Big -1 from me. Nick
