4. Sold my Xotic RC Bass Preamp to Ismael. Payment was immediate. Recommend buyer!
5. I would consider two things: - how do I send my signal to the FOH mixing desk? - do I need to carry a pedal board AND and a specific to get my sound or is everything I need on a board? Do you want to include drive and/or compression with your DI Signal, you'd have to go POST EQ, which may limit your stage EQ options in order not to mess with the DI Signal I always send my signal pre eq (even pre amp) to the desk. My whole processing is done on my board, mainly with an RMI Basswitch an a Tech21 VTBass. So I can use any (provided) backline amp to adress stage acoustics issues without bothering about the DI signal In case the monitoring is good, use no amp at all.
6.
I forgot to say earlier that Nico is a really good person to deal with for anyone who might be worried about it.. I recently bought a Roscoe Beck V from him and everything went really smoothly; the bass was as described, communications were great throughout the transaction and the bass was packaged up very safely..
yep, I am a very satisfied buyer as well. Got a Sadowsky MV5 from basstardz. a great guy to deal with!

8. Has any one compared both amps in a band setting? I am trying to decide if it is going to be worth to upgrade to the Evo IV 600 from my beloved ABM500 UK made EvoIII3 ....
9. No way I am going to find any of these 2 amps in Luxembourg...... I would really appreciate some A/B review between the "regular" ABM500 (which I play rgularly and love) and the new 600....
10. trying to decide between an ABM1000 or the new EVO IV 600
11. SOLD By the speed this sold, I think the price was way too low....

14. I've gone through a lot of all kinds of DIs but this is the one I am using for recording and giiging!
15. Should be 34" My ash/maple vP5 is still my main bass after 4 years
16. There is a rack kit available by Ashdown to fit any ABM into a regular 19" rack. You'd have to remove the ABM from its head case though.
