VAT is calculated based on the delivery adress, that's European law. I have delivery adresses in Germany and Luxembourg. Based on the the total amount (determining if shipping is free, or not), I decide if I have it shipped to Luxembourg (VAT= 15%) and paying the shipping fees (8€), or have it shipped to Germany and eating the increased VAT 18%.

I think if you forced the other bass players to use their own amp (not necessarily the cab) they might be more conscious about possible damges to their own amp head. I know, this is not a perfect solution. But it might avoid a number of situations. -

Ihave listened to the GB Streamliner/AE212 sound clip at talkbass.com, as I have a Streamliner coming in (hopefully) tomorrow. That sound too smooth for what I am looking for right now. Does anyone have experience with the new Aguilar SL112 vs db112? __________________ -
