1. Hi Dood, I've recently had a PCB made by a guy advertising on eBay (of all places) here's a link to his page: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PCB-Manufacture-prin...id=p3911.c0.m14 He was very helpful, extremely quick (2 day turnaround), the quality of the PCB was excellent and his prices aren't too bad either HTH Steve
 2. Jeff Berlin playing Allan Holdsworth's "Water on the Brain Part II" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sY8yQhy16Pc...feature=related No video though Anything by Jimmy Johnson Some would say anything at all
 3. You have PM
A pair of new Dunlop Strap Locks. Box never opened. Looks like this but nickel £8 delivered to your door. Paypal is fine Thanks Tim
4. As Riddler is interested in the combo, I might be interested in the 15" cab - how much if you're willing to sell to two different buyers?
 5. You have PM
Up for sale or trade is a DOD R-835 crossover which can run in 2-way stereo or 3-way mono mode (or 2-way mono, if you so desire). It's very similar to the SR-835 (for which a manual can be downloaded from the DOD support page - the difference appears to be just that the SR-835 has an output for the sum of Channel 1 and Channel 2 low frequencies, otherwise they're identical. I'd be looking for around £40 (plus P&P) and might even include a kettle lead for that.
6. Due to a recent attack of G.A.S. I now have an almost new 4u rack case which only has 2u of gear in it. Anyone out there in the opposite position ie. has a 2 or 3u lightweight rack case they need to fit 4u of gear into? The case I've got is one of these here: http://www.flightcasewarehouse.co.uk/music...sp?id=2847-4334 Direct from flightcase warehouse only a few weeks ago, as new except for the addition of some heatshrink sleeving over the handles as they were cutting my hands to ribbons! If you fancy a direct swap then send me a pm. Postage to be sorted equally if that's acceptable. Cheers Steve PS. I've posted this in gear for sale and gear wanted, admins feel free to move/delete as necessary
 7. You have PM
bump some interest but nothing certain yet
8. Here we go with the photos ("at last" I hear you say ...............................) The front with the bug showing stubby aerial and output level control. The on/off switch is the round AKG symbol. There's also power and clip LEDs: The back showing AC adapter (included) and output jacks (balanced TRS). Also the frequency sticker, in this case UHF 864.375MHz: Underneath: Detail showing threaded holes inside rubber feet, I assume for mounting rack ears or similar: Closeup of the bug showing Off/Mute/On switch, LED and audio level trimmer. The jack plug bit is spring-loaded and removable. Comes with another white battery cover (indicates frequency, same as white tags on front of main unit), stick velcro pad to stop it bouncing around, trim tool and a longer gold jack plug for those hard-to reach places Hope these show what you need to know.................. 9. Hmmm, my camera seems to have decided to go on strike I'll see what I can do about the pics over the weekend. Sorry for the delay, you'll have to bear witrh I'm afraid. Muzzer
cheers Muzzer, nice one.
10. Received the "Bug" yesterday. First impressions were pretty good as it seems nicely built, it even fits my Ibanez Ergodyne with a "strat-style" angled jack socket. As mentioned in this thread http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=14701 it does seem to boost top-end and cut bottom-end slightly, but this can easily be adjusted via EQ. Overall I'm pretty happy, though a live gig situation will be the real test. Rhymes - I'll see if I can add some photos when I get home from work tonight.
Muzzer, I would like to know what you get when you receive it... I would really prefer mine to be rack mounted. I spoke to Sound Control today before ordering about which receiver they have. It sounds like they are sending the old (non-diversity) unit. This is not a problem - as long as you are ok with a fixed channel, but you should be clear about that before buying. The problem is that the old unit uses a different rack mounting system (AKG RMU60) which are not readily available - possibly discontinued. The newer ones use RMU40. If you could tell us which one you get (maybe a picture would help - the two are very different looking units) it would be helpful. The post above about single frequencies is a very valid point - if you have other musicians in your band using wireless units, you would need to check their frequency and order a different one in case of a clash. Thanks, Rhymes
11. Okey dokey rhymes, I'll post a few piccies when I receive it. Bit gutted to see that the diversity version is about the same price from Thomann Anyway, it will probably do for my needs.
