Does anyone have a gizmo that they can jam through headphones with but still get a good sound? Alas my 200 watt valve rig is too loud for home use

Active basses don't suit me. I've always loved the sound of a stingray. I've bought two and not got on with either.

I've had a few active basses in my time but none of them lasted that long. Simplicity is the spice of life

So today I plugged my 40 into a Marshall guvnor. Bridge pickup in humbucker mode. The sounds was incredible. Like royal blood on crack!

Sounds like it would. I've always been intrigued by short scales. Mostly the mustang and eb3.

Lpb and natural head stock for sure, if it was me I'd go for a parchment/mint green guard and have a tortie knocked up at the same time.
