Bongos def do not do the ray sound

I didn't get on with my bongo 4HH, much happier with my my ray 4 2eq. The bongo was just too much, fussy and complicated. But that's just me. At the end of the day tone is in your fingers and you don't need crazy eq systems to sound good.

When is this due?

Hi guys, Im getting married next august (2013) in cardiff and have been charged with booking a great band. Can anyone recommend one? anyone in a wedding band? We'd be looking for an entertaining rock based sort of an act. Songs by The Beatles, The Who, Oasis, Kings of Leon, The Stones, The Cure etc would be along the right sort of lines, tongue in cheek rocked up covers of pop songs would be a bonus too. What would be even better is if someone could do us a whole entertainment package with a DJ aswell. Myself and my fiance both want live music but we have to cater for everyone obviously. Thanks Ash

Jetglo for me, but only because mapleglo wasn't an option

I adore the sound of P basses, but I've never found one thats right for me, so for the moment I'm loving my T-40s

Thats the one, having played it it is indeed US according to the neck plate which reads San Dimas California (although I thought these were fender built?). It's a nice bass and were it not for the price tag I'd tear their arms off. The tone and build quality/feel is to die for!

There's a blue and maple one of these with SDs in a local music shop for £600!

I'd like to get my hands on a passive fury should one ever come up, there's another one I fancy the look of too, patriot maybe?. I have two T-40s that I'm completely besotted with and would like to know if them building it was more luck than judgement or not.
