I'd love it in black, or tv yellow, or cherry

I'm not into Delano, I've had the P set and the J set and not liked either. They'd be going into a CIJ JB66US, basically a jap 60s reissue with a badass on it. I've heard great things about wizard which is why I'm thinking that way but then i know from experience I like the depth of humbuckers. Nordy is more money than I wanted to spend. I'm drawn to dimarzio because I have a model p clone in a westone that I love. more than anything though I just want to end up with a great sounding jazz. I currently have a set of shed custom things that were modeled (badly) on Geddy Lee which are just too hot, they don't sit in the mix, they just cut straight through it and over power the guitars.

Looking for new pickups for my jazz and i can't decide weather to go for dimarzio model J or wizard 84s, I like humbuckers but i also love the tone of jazz single coils, I'm considering ultra jazz and wizard 64s aswell. What would you do? I'm currently mostly playing a grabber.

I'd go for a BB. I have serious GAS for the BB 1024x at the moment. Hopefully I'll pick one up second hand in a few years.

It was at the matamp factory, I tried 2 different GTs through a 2x12, 4x10 and 6x10 and it was all the same unless I took all the bass off my preamp on both hi and lo inputs. I was gutted because I really wanted to like the rig and had the deposit in my pocket.

I played one yesterday at the factory and im not gonna lie the tone was amazing! but it really didnt like de tuning or my e string, it may have been somethig to do with the active bass but surely it should be able to handle a bongo? it couldnt

I had a streamer stage 1 5er that was defiantly the least useable/useful to me bass I've ever had. It just didn't cut though at all and the output was quite low. It put me off Warwicks and fivers for a good while. Looking back now I defiantly bought the wrong bass, a bolt on thumb would have been way more up my street (on paper anyway). I was just young and impetuous and into limp bizkit. Only recently have warwicks started drawing my attention again and for me the 2 I would own are the Corvette $$ and the Thumb BO

I joined this site about 18 months ago, on the day me and the missus got together ironically, when I joined I had a CIJ jazz, a Peavey T-40, and a Warwick streamer S1 5er and amp wise an SVT-CL and 8x10. Since joining I've traded my Streamer for a P bass, bought a Trace T-Bass, bought a CIJ P bass then traded it for a Hofner, bought an Aria SB, bought a westone thunder, bought a Shuker then traded it for a bongo and traded my SVT-CL for an SVT-4 Pro. Next on the hit list is my Ampeg rig. I'm visiting the Matamp factory next week. What for you ask? I dont know please help?
