1. I think I need this.
2. I'd love this but need to shift my Lakland first.
3. Thanks for IDing it for me guys. From a distance I thought it was a Wal but then I noticed the pickups and the head stock being wrong. It reminds me of the Epi Embassy bass a bit.
4. Saw refused tonight. Anybody got a clue what this beauty is?
5. @Osiris Thanks for your response buddy, It turns out a guy I know has the helix floor, so I'm gonna go have a play with that at some point and make a decision from there. I imagine the stomp will be "enough" but I'll probably spend the money on the LT because in my experience enough is never actually enough.
6. Hi guys, I'm really tempted by a helix and wondering whether I should and if its worth getting the LT or Stomp. I'd appreciate some input/experience. I'm planning to use it live into my mark bass LM3 and barefaced super twin, i currently use a sans amp BDDI which will probably go into retirement if I go ahead with the helix. I use the Mark bass with the EQ completely flat and let the sans amp cover all pre amp duties. I mostly play in a metal band with one guitar. We downtune to A# and I tend to be equal parts rhythm guitarist and bass player. To that end I'd be looking to have the helix split my signal with a cross over, have the high end run through some dirt and the low end through a compressor, maybe adding an amp sim to one or both. Is this something it can do in my circumstances live? Have I missed the point completely? Would I be better off with the stomp or LT do we think?
7. Hey bud, would you be interested in a tribute L2000 as a trade on this?
8. They're a force to be reckoned with.

10. I bought a second hand classic 50s after recording with one for a spell. Loved the bass so I had to have one, and one came up that had the JJ Burnell look, only problem was it also had an SPB-3 and no original pickup. It didn't last long.
11. It's literally identical to the SR 600 series. Great bass. I love mine.

19.
You'll be selling it soon . EDIT: Let me tell you why. You don't know what you want and when you get something that is very good, you don't find satisfaction as you are not qualified enough to know. I say this from experience, as I have done the same thing of going through lots of expensive and high end basses and never being happy for long. My solution to this was to stop searching for 'the one' and realise there isn't such a thing. No one bass can do everything, and going for several varied (and even possibly cheaper) instruments is likely to help satisfy your daily whims and alleviate boredom of having just one expensive instrument.
Preach! I'm now in a position where I have an answer for any musical style/sound I need. The only thing I may add eventually is a Jazz type, but to be honest I'm not holding my breath.
20.
Wow. That is gorgeous!
I thought the same of yours to be honest. Love the pickup config! Kinda wish I'd gone that way.

22. Ahhhhhh my man cave is black and orange, this would fit in nicely.
23. Matsumoku build quality for £130? You won't get a better deal than that. It sounds like you'll get it playing nicely without spending much as well. Well done that man!
24. That looks awesome, way better than what happens when fender raid the parts bin if you ask me The tele headstock is what makes it.
