So im looking into getting a compressor as ive started using some more slap and pop in some projects. Idealy i dont want to get a rackmount as im trying to avoid upgrading to a bigger case. My back wouldnt forgive me So what are the better ones and which are to be avoided?

i tend to change my mind alot. when i had my first bass i only liked black finishes. then went through a phase of hating them and loving blue finishes. now im in my white basses and natural phase. only thing im really picky about all the time is sunbursts. tobacco and cherry are ok but not a huge fan of any others. oh yeah and green.......dont get me started on green
