    if your saying the puckup is wedge shaped theres something wrong with it. both paddles should have top and bottom parallel so it will make full even contact, like the bass max. if its wedge shaped its been damaged in some way and that could be the problem

    what is the output of the walkabout combo & matching ext cab? combo is 4 ohm, cab 8 ohm. i know its driving the amp below its recommended 4 ohm, but theres lots of people say the amp can handle it.

    I may be about to move from 15s to 10s, ive used a 15" mesa walkabout and ext cab for the last few years but have now aquired a promethean combo and matching cab with 10s. for URB the promethean set up sounds superb, but I double on electric which is better through the mesa. decisions......

    i love my recently aquired Promethean, so much so its had more outings than the Walkabout . it really is an incredibly loud box.its no wonder they dont come up for sale often..
