1. Sorry, i don't understand. Post it in my country? Buy it from who? Best regards.
2. Would you send it to Portugal? I've been looking for one of these for ages but it seems no one here has one or sells it. I've a ShuttlMax 9.2 waiting for this one... Cheers!
3.
Firstly, I actually PM'd you within 30 minutes of you sending me your shipping address details. The quote I gave you was for £60 including full insurance (as requested). Secondly, I didn't receive the response by return you promised me despite checking the PM and seeing that you read it around 6.04pm on the Friday night. As a result, I decided to continue the deal with another Basschat member who had contacted me before your enquiry. I suggest you check my feedback thread at the bottom of my signature. With over 8 pages of what I would describe as impeccable feedback from other members (including a significant number of deals overseas) I think you will find there is absolutely no substance to you theory that I'd rather deal with someone in my own vicinity. I hve nothing further to add but would suggest you get your facts straight before airing dirty laundry in public.
OHM, i checked and re-checked my PM inbox and the FACT is that i never received that PM with the quote, despite all the excellent feedback you have and the testemony of the people you dealt with in the past (which i have absolutely no reason to doubt of). So, i don't know what message you think i read, but sure it wasn't the one with the quote you allegdely sent. I was annoyed by this, but if you insist you sent it, i believe you. The best explanation i find then is that you didn't press the send button although you thought you did, or you actually pressed the send button and the system didn't deliver the message for some reason. In support of my theory, i can print screen the thread with our pvt conversation, send it to your e-mail and you'll verify my previous irritation had a reason. I apologise this kind of conversation here and i'll put an end to it now. I'll be happy dealing with you or any other user in the future, or giving an helping hand concerning deals to my country, if needed. Cheers.
4. OHM, silly me, i was patiently waiting the price of the shipping in my mailbox, not a "sold" flag in this thread. I do understand the inconvenience of selling and shipping abroad if you can sell it to your neighbour. But i do not understand the kind of behaviour. Hope you made a good business. Greetings.
5. This:
6. It must look like mine: Fantastic basses. I'd keep yours as well as my 2nd bass. Unfortunately, can't afford that. Congrats.
7. Here goes my #1 bass: MV4 HPJ
8. Not the tiniest rig i've seen here, but a huge sound coming from this pair of twelves:
9. Here's my '82 Blazer:
10. I owned one of these M-Pulse 600 for about 4 years: it's a very good head. I founded how amazing it sounds when i heard it through an 212 Aguilar cab. Good luck!
11. Congrats mate! Those GS410 are really nice. As the GS cabs are a little more mid-scooped than the DB cabs, they compensate very well those growling low mids of P-basses and other vintage stuff. Just give it a try. Cheers!
12.
Worst part will be in gigs using only one cabinet (small pubs, rehersals, etc) so 750 watts @ 4 ohms and 400 watts @ 8 ohms I guess marks a difference more noticeably. Don't you think so?
jsixties, have you tried the GS212? If you loved the GS410, you might find on the GS212 the kind of sound you're looking for. It matches really well those vintage P sounds i believe you like. i use my 8 ohm GS212 at small pubs and most of the time that's really enough. At larger venues an extra cab is welcome, as well as the help of the PA subs.
13. Let us know! I'm sure it will sound great. Although this basses are a kinf of all-in-one, it still sounds great to me. Saludos!
14. We sure do, Fran! Along with the Sad, my P77 (and a KSD705 i just sold) is natural/maple/black pg as well. Looking to your pics and, by the way, to your Aggie'd sig, no doubt about the same tastes here! Congrats partner
