  1. A lot of bass for the money with them upgrades 👌 bet it sounds fab. Shame it's a 5er glwts
  2. I've heard good things about these late 70's early 80's Japanese lawsuits. I've had a tokai hardpuncher from the 80's that was fab, and i assume they are both from the same factory? Anyone had any experience with one they can share? Ones popped up that's peaked my interest. Ash body maple neck
  3. Thin mechanic type gloves is useful when doing shielding, slice many a tip on that bugger 😂
  4. I did say to the wife I've never bought or played a rick before and I never really treat myself... "Nope" was the answer 😂 one day. It looked beautiful in the flesh mate, nice buy
  5. Bizarre, who would sell a premium bass to cash converters rather than private or music shop, they can't have offered much imo
  6. Lovely! Was this the cash converters in Exeter by any chance? I seen one in the window before Xmas just like this and gas was hitting hard
  7. Ooofff I blooming love a bit o basschat ❤️. Merry Xmas one n all.
  8. Now £150 for the crème de la crème of rats
  9. I had this comp before and it's superb, can be lovely and transparent. Great for rock and metal
  10. Pretty much brand new moose electronics Cosmic trigger. It's a Rusty Box at heart , but improved EQ and it doesn't have a ludicrous volume jump when engaging the boost. Sounds immense. Moose pedals are incredibly well built effects. I've been on a mad pedal buying mission of late purely out of trying for curiosity. as lush as this pedal is it's really not needed for what I already use. https://www.moosetwentythree.com/shop/cosmic-trigger Demo from our own Andy £159 (not £160 as post says) posted As always happy to hear trades. Looking for a maple jazz neck but consider other gear

  11. Pedals seem to come and go so quick 🤦 (wish music shops were still a thing locally). Convinced myself I really need another Rat type pedal but never quite works for our sound. This Broughton LS is sublime, the best rat I've ever got my grubby mitts on. Quite a hard pedal to get hold of . https://www.broughtonaudio.com/product-page/locust-star As new with box, £150 posted .Happy to hear trades... I'm mainly on the hunt for a Alder P body
  12. That looks mighty cool

Postman pat just dropped off a hard to get Broughton locust Star. https://www.broughtonaudio.com/product-page/locust-star Ooofff it's absolute 🔥. I'm one of those that always feel like I need blends with dirt... Nope, it's a perfect sounding and feeling Rat. No low end loss and can even add clear non muddy low. The range knob is where the magic is at, a bit like the sansamp character and Darkglass "Era" knob. Highly recommend

  14. Not long purchased this from moose pedals. Easily the best Russian sovtek style fuzz I've ever plugged my bass into (sounds beastly) Quite similar to the EHX sovtek deluxe but not as silly big in size! This has cool clipping options, mid switch with frequency selector...many muff sounds to be found I bought this last month a few quid cheaper new as it has a slight print smudge. Works perfectly etc. Be sad to see it go but I'm going back on the Rat route (Broughton locust star inbound). £125 posted. Happy to hear trades https://www.moosetwentythree.com/shop/dobsky
  15. Apart from being damaged in transit (then repaired by Anderson's) I've had zero problems with mine, been a real workhorse
  16. Not quite eBay (Facebook marketplace) . Anyone Bristol area should grab this https://www.facebook.com/share/6cEWXRz6KXfqVcKp/ Warwick tubepath 10.1 My absolute favourite amp, criminally underrated... £200!
  17. No , I can take a snap if you like ? But to me it feels louder than the Oc10 on minus 1 without dry
  18. Man I love them Oc10's 💪 . They don't make them anymore , apparently sonicake bought them out... I use their sonicake Octaver, exactly the same imo and a stupidly cheap price. I bloody love it
  19. price drops £105 for Duality and £110 on the AO £205 both
  20. Likewise, these have such a hefty feel to the sound 👌
