I must say I've gotten quite some GAS when at the show, but back home I realised there's not very much I'd gain from buying one of the basses I tested there. Sure, I fell in love with Sadowskys, Overwater and especially Pedulla, but I kinda have that stuff already, more or less. Okay, I'd kill for a Pentabuzz. But other than that...

I'm gonna pass this year, have two theatre gigs that weekend. Too bad, I was really looking forward to it!

The MS-20 mini is pretty cool but I háte those tiny keys. You could get an MS-20 kit and build one with proper keys.

I considered a Minibrute and Bass Station 2 when shopping for a bass keyboard, but instead went for: Haven't had any regrets. As Jeremy Clarkson would say: What a machiiiiiine!

So I was asked to be a part of Tyranni Flock, the jazz/fusion group of a friend of mine who is a keyboard player. He initially asked me to do his graduation concert, but we're planning on doing some jazz festivals now. I like these videos. I've only owned two sunburst instruments in my life, and this is one of them. I'm not a sunburst kinda guy but boy is this a good instrument...

So I went to this reggae festival yesterday and Anthony B. was playing. It was pretty darn good! But I was puzzled by one thing: the bass his bass player was using.
