And stop saying Hartke, i feel some GAS bubbling, especcially as i just settled on a GK rig and i'm hoping to buy another bass! And thats why Basschat is so good great mods!

Am i right in saying It was Billy who pretty much shaped/designed the SVT Pro 4? My favourite Ampeg is the SVP BSP just for the distortion Both of those are hyrbrids right? Mr Billy Sheehan is no longer an Ampeg man, now a hartke man. Its a really shame and loss for ampeg!

I have it on good authority that the OP is back in love with his set up and when i have money at some point in my life (never :'( ) I plan to get exactly the same set up!

If i'm right, (i hope i'm not!) That they are no longer making these! the 414/5s Which would be a shame as i would love a metallic orange one like that as they are being completely replaced by the 424/5s as alot of places no longer stock the 414/415 and say they are no longer avalible?

Its for a friend though, People have said its odd that a Prog metal bassist/Hard rock player such as myself plays so laid back, but its just what feels natural Maybe we should try playing while lying on mattress haha thanks again!
