Fender Mustang Bass Reissue Vintage White - Tort Pickguard Standard Fender Gigbag Woven Fender Strap All original parts The bass has one small ding on the headstock ,but otherwise mint condition .     Hello everyone , I'm selling two Basses today , here we have the 1st one , Gibson SG Bass Classic White All original parts Gibson USA Hardcase The Bass has some hairline cracks in the finish on the neck but nothing that affects playablilty or anything else and a couple of small scratches on the rear of the upper horn that are barely noticable , otherwise it's in mint condition . I have tried to photograph them but can't get a worthwhile picture . I would prefer collection ,but I am willing to post ( with insurance ) . I don't have prices to hand but will post back later .     hi there , i've got an old hondo 2 bass that i want to completely overhaul . new pick ups , new bridge , new tuners , new knobs and to stain maple fingerboard dark without removing frets if possible . the body and headstock are a tan colour i would like to sand and respray both . i would be gratefal for any instruction and advice as i have not done anything like this before , thanks in advance .

    hi everybody , i have a fender mustang reissue and a gibson sg reissue and i would like to replace both sets of strings . i'd like a warm with a hint of growl type sound ! is such a sound possible ? or will i have to have warm on one and growl on the other ? i know the pick ups dictate sound to an extent and both will sound different anyway . so , i would be grateful for any advice or recommendations forthcoming , thanks in advance .

    Hi Everybody , Ive been playing Bass for a little while , I play a Fender Mustang reissue, a Gibson SG reissue and a tatty old Hondo 2 . Not in any bands or anything but I do jam with freinds , just enjoy playing really . I would like some help with choosing the best Short scale strings if thats ok . Could anyone give me any recommendations for both Flat and Roundwound please . Im sure everybody knows this but , the Mustang is through body and the SG isn't . Thanks in advance for advice , looking forward to you lot keeping me informed and up to date ! Thanks again , Mike Thought I'd dig up my old ' Intro ' and update it ! As you can see I did join BC a couple of years back , but had to stop almost immediately , when Life and the crap that goes with it just seemed to overtake me for a while ( nope not Porridge ! ). BUT ! I'm here again and enjoying scouring the forums . I've sold on the Mustang and SG , have a Yammy BB424 ( for sale ! ) and have dismantled the Hondo for Build experimentation ! Plus I've ordered a bass from Jon Shuker ( woohoo ! ) I just sort of jumped back in again without a proper intro , so I thought I'd better get my jacksi back here and do it again ! Not in a band , but I do jam with a ex Semi Pro Drummer freind of mine who who is pretty damn good ( git ! ), so I have to be on my toes ! Just love to play and be creative really . Anyway , Hello again everybody ,it's good to be back
