And not at all widdly widdly (I was there too )

Yeah but altogether a better class of widdle
I find it quite telling that there have been a large number of up and coming luthiers concentrating on creating instruments out of low grade plywood and then installing very high quality electrics.
Oh........
I saw Rush once. They came on after the awesome Primus. I lasted for about 30 seconds of quadrophonic, widdly widdly sh*te and then made a dash for the car park.
Primus were fantastic though.
I really should do another giveaway but I'm not really making enough to justify it
Hopefully I should have a tee up on Qwertee in a couple of months and I have already said I would give a couple away.

I think everybody has 460 "fans"...400 of them are from here
Oh...and thanks of course
Retrovibe Aero2: Feels great to play with a lovely neck. Sounds good to but can't help thinking it could sound better with some decent pickups. It's ageing nicely to a cool off white and extremely happy with my zero fret conversion. Would like a tort guard but would have to be a custom job.
Jim Deacon Bitsa: CAR P body with a J neck, mint pickguard and a block of hard foam screwed into the bridge position to act as a bridge/fake pickup for thumb anchorage. Slightly wider string spacing at the bridge means it's not as playable as the Retrovibe. Still it's pretty cool for the money it cost to cobble together.
A conversation betwixt myself and my ex-band mates:
Me: I actually don't mind hard auto tune if used creatively and as a vocal effect.
Band: You mean like that Cher song?
Me: Cher? Is that the best you can do? A 14 year old Cher song? Have you not heard of Kanye West, Daft Punk, Black Eyed Peas, T-Pain?
Cue five very blank faces.
