7.
I'm playing guitar mostly in a post rock band these days. I still play a lot of bass but I don't really need this pedal anymore, I get to make crazy sounds on guitar instead. what I would like though, would be a combination of money going either way and any of these pedals: an MXR Dynacomp (or similar compressor that works well on guitar!) a Line 6 DL-4 a digital reverb stompbox, preferably boss an EHX micropog/hog/pog a sturdy volume pedal shoot me a pm to negotiate. this multieffects unit comes with a power supply, an extension footswitch pedal, and all in a shiny metal hardcase that the previous buyer had organised. i can get pics of that if there's interest. so here's what it looks like - not my actual unit, but it might as well be: and as I say, any interest and I'll steal my flatmates camera for pics of this actual machine. all in good working condition, no major faults but i'll double check it before it goes anywhere. cosmetically it's good, it's used so there's a couple of scratches but it's been pretty well looked after. meeting would be ideal - i could meet in south wales, or london, or if you want to meet the last weekend of may i could meet on the way (bristol, bath, maybe birmingham etc). ta!
8.
I'm selling my Riverside Headless which appears to be a copy of a Hohner B2A except that it's passive rather than active like the Hohner. I bought it from Ebay a couple of months ago purely to try a headless bass before buying a real Hohner B2A. It's red, has two pickups at the bridge and neck and has two volumes and one tone control. The previous owner has moved the original jack socket from the side to the front for some reason (see photos) but they seem to have made a decent job of it, apart from leaving the original hole on the side. It is in decent condition but has a chip on the side (see photo) and a small ding on the front. I have put some new strings on and have brought the action down but it might benefit from a more professional set up than I could manage. It plays well enough for a budget guitar and is very light. It will take regular strings as the ball ends go at the top of the neck and the loose ends go into the bridge, in the same way as they are wrapped around regular tuning pegs. The E and A tuners are a little tight for the last bit of fine adjustment but maybe a bit of WD40 will sort that out. I would guess that this guitar would appeal to someone who is thinking about buying a Hohner B2 or Steinberger but can't get their hands on one to try it first (for a general feel that is). I found that I loved the feel of a headless guitar but I always knew I was only buying it to try for a month or two so here it is for you buy. It might also be suitable for a part-custom build project. Includes a padded case, not the hohner type but smaller than a regular bass gig bag. £75 + £15 postage if you aren't close enough to collect. I seem to be having a mental block with this song as normally i can work things out ok. I will perservere!
 16. The best bass tab site was Bass Tab Archive, but they shut themselves down due to the copyright thing. I find BassMasta is pretty good - check it out and it's free!
 17.
Which version - Studio (Snakebite EP) or Live? Edit! Found this... the Snakebite studio cut (OVNO): Neil Murray's bass is quite clear on this, have fun with it! Can't help with a tab, I just mash it up tbh Pete
Thanks dude! I would probably go for the studio version. The fact no one has already tabbed this out suggests it might be a bitch! I can't find Fool For Your Loving either!
 18. Anyone seen Sex and Drugs and Rock'n'Roll tabbed anywhere????
 19. Help! - Ain't No Love in the Heart of the City by Whitesnake has been added to my band's set list. I want to do it justice but there is no tab for it anywhere! I've tried listening closely to the recording but i just can't work out what he's doing. I can muster a Janet and John version but it sucks compared to what it should sound like. I am under time constraints so any help would be appreciated. Ta!

 24.
You are using a stereo jack aren't you?
I've just had a look inside the cavity again and noticed that one of the lugs on he input jack socket (there are 3 suggesting it is the correct stereo one) has no wire soldered to it. Also I found an earth wire flapping around that looks like it has never been connected to anything. I'm thinking it should be connected to the spare lug giving a proper stereo connection. Gonna solder it on and see if it makes any difference. Watch this space!
