Barefaced Super Twin T - £950. This is the version with the tweeter and HF control. Silver cloth grill and included cover which was an extra charge. It cost me £1,595 from Barefaced in August last year so grab a bargain. Yes there is a noticeable difference in tone between the BP1 and BP1 Compact. I've owned both but found the low frequencies to be a bit too strong for my taste on the BP1 Compact. Either was they are both superb preamps. The Grand Slampegg is amazing and will never leave my board.
