    Buy with confidence from Mr Doyle, he is a top chap! I thought you went and got another SVt 5 after selling me your old one mate? Whats the SVT 6 like in comparison? And 'nuff said about the SVT610 - the best cab ever IMO.

    Another +1 for DV here. The Cambridge shop service was superb - the manager (Duncan) really knows how to keep a customer informed of everything. Will use them again for sure.

    Im pretty sure you need a cab plugged in. Running an amp with no load is usually bad news with the exception on a few solid state heads. My 610 is the best cab ive ever used. Yes, its damn bulky but the sound that comes out of it is immense. The 410 also has a roll bar and kickplate so it aint that hard to move about... Other than liftin it into your car

    I remember the original review for these basses when the came out in Bassist mag... Very nice indeed... I started out on a fretless and hankered after it for some time! Have a free nostalgia bump
