Has anyone gigged using a MIDI keyboard running through Logic/Mainstage? Some of the synth bass sounds in Logic are super fat!

Hahaha that last pic is amazing. I've attached pics but it's difficult to see what's going on, I've tried to show the play in the pics though. So the stacked vol/tone pot of my Sire keeps coming loose. I've tightened it up again each time but it keeps coming loose and it's driving me mad! Anyone got any ideas for a fix? Thanks!

I'm not really sure what the ALT outs are... Basically I want a mixer that I can use in rehearsals with a USB to record into Logic and monitor sends for the band (just a trio)

Not sure if I'm asking for too much... But ideally I'd like a mixer than I can connect to my mac to record with while sending a monitor mix out. 4 ins and outs would be perfect! Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
