Sorry to revive this old thread but has anyone tried the Thomann bass ukes? This one looks particularly tasty https://www.thomann.de/gb/thomann_bass_ukulele_koa_side_hole.htm
I've got an MXR Envelope Filter for trade, bought around a year ago and has only been gigged a couple of times but looking for a different sound.
Looking for a trade for something similar, envelope filter, funky, squelchy type thing!
Hahaha that last pic is amazing.
I've attached pics but it's difficult to see what's going on, I've tried to show the play in the pics though. I've taken it all apart in the past to make sure it's being tightened from both sides but that didn't make too much difference either...

So the stacked vol/tone pot of my Sire keeps coming loose. I've tightened it up again each time but it keeps coming loose and it's driving me mad! Anyone got any ideas for a fix?
Thanks!
I'm not really sure what the ALT outs are...
Basically I want a mixer that I can use in rehearsals with a USB to record into Logic and monitor sends for the band (just a trio)
Not sure if I'm asking for too much... But ideally I'd like a mixer than I can connect to my mac to record with while sending a monitor mix out. 4 ins and outs would be perfect! Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks!

Hey man, we didn't actually make our funding =( have a blast though and hopefully catch you next year!
The title kind of says it all... But my band, Red Giant, have been given a place on the Vilnius Mama Jazz Fest and we're trying to raise the funds to get our scouse behinds over to Lithuania!
If anybody would consider donating or sharing this project I would be eternally grateful =)
sorry what i meant to ask was whether you had raised bridge pickup as your bass sounds stronger in that respect than mine ?
Yeah bridge pick up is higher than the neck

Great stuff Matt i have the same bass but mine sounds slightly more neck pickup heavy with everything wide open ,have you raised yours at all ?

Just a touch, but the set up was pretty good out the box!
Just incase anyone is interested in sound samples, here's a vid I recorded with my band. The bass is in active mode, both pickups on full, tone all the way back and just a slight bump on the bass EQ. Amp is set flat.

Thanks! Yeah the briefcase looks great too and has a higher wattage. I quite like this one too with the pair of upwards facing speakers http://greatbritishbasslounge.com/product/phil-jones-bass-flightcase-bg-150-combo-2/
