Up for sale is this very special bass made by Christian Celinder. These basses are legendary for a reason and this one is no exception. Selling with a heavy heart but I need to generate some cash and ultimately just need one Jazz Bass and prefer the Ash/Maple/70s style. The Bass is located in Germany but shipping throughout Europe should not be a problem. PM me if you need any more info. Specs are: Alder Body, Maple neck (gloss finish), Coco Bolo Fingerboard with binding (actually could pass as Brazilian Rosewood), Aguilar 60s Pick Ups, Candy Apple Red finish...comes with a Fender Case. I got this bass in a trade for a boutique 5 string because I wanted to try out a nice P Bass. In a way its far from what I usually play; bright candy looking colour, p-style etc. but oh boy does this bass play and sound well!! It feels like a broken in bass, with no dead spots and a very powerful, warm sound. You can run this in stereo as well and explore countless possibilities (EQ the pick ups differently, put effects on them and pan them etc.) . It also records really well and has many more sounds than the typical Sheehan Sound (Distortion + Mid Boost on the P-Pick Up) The Bass is in almost new condition, only it has a three marks that I captured in the photos (top of the headstock, and two on the side of the bass). It comes with the original case. Please no trades at this point, because my financial situation forces me to sell this one again (otherwise I would be keeping it for recording). Reluctantly up for sale: JPBasses Lucii 6 String Chambered Fretless This is an original JPBasses 6 String that was made by Jean-Philippe Ferreira and his colleague from Paris, France in the early 2000s. JP and his friend built unique high end custom basses and his designs influenced many other young builders. Pete Skjold obtained the rights to his designs and still occasionally builds them under the name “Denoncourt Series” today. JP Ferreira has since moved on to design wooden houses, bikes etc. These basses have become very rare and are hard to find, especially in this condition. Great Bass! Graphite Neck + Headless might not be eveyones cup of tea, but addesses those common problems like neck dive and moving necks. If you like good ergonomics, low action and reliabilty, this is your bass. GLWTS!
