My mistake for not editing the post, this went on ebay. Sorry mate -
I recently aquired a Status S2 Classic (headed) with thru-neck and Walnut body. 2002 model. It came with the original status/hiscox hardcase too. Before i say what i paid for it (which i consider to be a good price) im interested to know what kind of value the good and knowledgeable people of basschat would put on it ? Regarding condition, theres a knock in the laquer only on the bottom edge/back corner next to the control cavity plate thats visible but cant feel if you run your finger over it and one of the same at the top of the head. Please note i have no intention of selling it what so ever if anyone thought i was trying to line up a profit, i am just curious as when i bought it there was nothing else similar to it on the market to compare prices. Im more than happy with it to want to sell. Cheers Rob

If you still have the original neck from the bass, would you consider selling the Status neck alone ?

Is that a fretted status neck ? It looks it but i thought the only ones without dots on the fretboard were the fretless ones ?
