Some of those train journeys in the alps are just jaw dropping.

  7. Not in the early days. Only in later years, when he adopted the diabolical “skeletons copulating in a tin trunk” eq settings he now seems to favour, did it become necessary for someone/thing else in the band to actually provide some bottom end.
  8. Funkin' for Jamaica - Tom Browne
  9. *solemnly hands Kevin his coat* *points at door* Cake On Me - Aha
  10. Lip Up Fatty - Bad Manners
  11. For quite some time my GAS list has only had two items on it, both of which are totally unattainable for me at the moment anyway. I don’t see that changing unless I manage to find a ‘65 Jazz or Wal 5-string for £150.

  13. What’s Going On - Marvin Gaye
  14. Last Train Home - Pat Metheny

  18. I too will be sticking with 2.3.2. I can’t see that any of the new features will save me any time or effort. The labelling thing isn’t something I need, I have no problem with using the Silence Finder as it is.
  19. Yes, the Bashes are great for this. @scrumpymike’s epic BFSWBBs are the perfect way to spend a day (helped in large part by the sublime catering of Mrs Mike and her fellow Scrumpettes). One of these years I might make a road trip to a SE bash.
  20. My Brother Jake - Freeeeeeee
  21. BA55 TlT would be more fitting for me.
  22. Try It, You'll Like It · Marvin Gaye
  23. Reflection - Christina Aguilera
  24. Durham Town - Roger Whittaker
  25. Becky Baldwin is one of the finest musicians I know, she's a superb bassist with a whole bunch of great projects both past and present. She depped for me a few years ago and I'm bloody lucky the band didn't offer her my job permanently Her highest profile current bands are Fury and Hands Off Gretel. Being female she's had to deal with a lot of unnecessary get-em-out crap over the years -- sadly it seems to be an occupational hazard for female musos.
