Have you PM'd the people who've not reciprocated ? It may be they just need reminding.
This. A friendly reminder via pm is usually all that's needed. I have forgotten sometimes to leave feedback, and others have forgotten to leave feedback for me. (I'm quite relieved about the latter.... 4 pages are quite enough)

What was the first bass you had GAS for?
oldslapper replied to ianrendall's topic in General Discussion
Rick 4001. When I first started paying attention to the actual instruments I realised most of my heroes at the time (Lemmy, Geddy Lee, Bruce Foxton etc) played Ricks & got the sort of agressive, bright tone I liked - and they looked cool as f*ck.
Same! Late 70s went to music shop to buy one, having talked to them about finance scheme before hand on phone. Got handed the coolest looking red 4001 by the assistant, and ...... was so disappointed, just couldn't get on with it. Just remember leaving depressed, GAS not slaked. -

Have since bought a new focurite dock for iPad Air, which had USB input for keyboard controller.

Mighty mite neck, came attached to a Mighty mite P bass body that I was after, nice snug fit. It's hardly been used, zero fret wear. The owner I bought from said he played the bass 2-3 times after getting the bass put together, and it shows, very clean. Pencil mark dates it to 04 It feels very narrow for a p at the nut, but will measure when I get home for those that need the info. Bought this for the unlined fretless neck that came with it. It's a Jazz bass body (apparently a squier, but no markings to indicate what make). No pickups, but wired controls, neck plate, pickguard and bridge all present. As you can see whatever original finish that was on it has been sanded off, but the scratch, neck and control plates and bridge were left on during the sanding process, leaving some kind of light green/turquoise paint under them. Pictures with and without bits, not screwed in, so bridge looks out of line. Did a gig for Royal engineer officers couple of years back in a marquee. They gave us a trail of linked extension leads going to one socket in the kitchen. This was feeding a 4 piece band, disco & massive drinks fridge. Electrics went the moment we switched on our gear. As the Sargent liaising with us said "you would have got a generator if this had been a sappers party, but the "Rupert's" haven't a clue. No help with OPs question, but it always tickles me thinking about it.

Sourcing an unlined Maple neck or fingerboard
oldslapper replied to oldslapper's topic in Repairs and Technical
Shuker also offer complete necks from £200: http://www.shukerguitars.co.uk/services.html
Contacted Jon, swift response and really helpful. I have since got my eye on a possible ready made neck, but if that falls through Jon seems to be the best option, and so reasonable given his reputation, I expected a higher quote. What would anyone suggest the current 62RI neck would go for, in current climate? -
