Crown's XLS Series amplifiers define the standard for portable PA systems with unmatched performance, technology and affordability. Its advantageous flexibility includes multiple inputs so you can plug in anything and play anywhere, along with several system setup configurations. The integrated crossovers and switch-mode power supply produce superior sound, and Peakx™ limiters protect your speakers. Weighing less than 12 pounds, compared to 40 pounds for its competitors, it's much easier to set up and move from show to show. Simply put, the XLS is most reliable, versatile, efficient amp available today. Stock pics and spec link: http://www.crownaudio.com/en/products/xls-2000 £299 I'm in Bath.
  7. Lovely cut away Washburn electro acoustic. Grover tuners, jack and xlr inputs, nice 2 band eq, new bridge. Lovely player. Strung with new Ernie Ball bronze light gauge. The D string is a high E string tuned to D, as a hybrid Nashville tuning, but I'll replace with a wound D before letting it go. Collection from Bath/Bristol areas. I don't have a bag, so no postage at present. If I find a box, I'll buy some bubblewrap and post for another £15. 9. The last dep gig I did, the regular guy was available, but they kept me on. Their bass player turned up at the gig and watched. Had a drink afterwards and compared notes. Thought it was a nice touch.
  10. John bought a pedal. All good, paid when he said he would, good communication too. Cheers, John

  13. Where in Oxfordshire? Bath isn't a million miles away. Fancy this with a bit o Nashville tuning mmmm...
  14. Looks like its sold.
  15. Had no idea Mike had some Zoots built out in Japan. Cracking basses these, £200 is quite frankly bonkers! Don't forget to buy this wearing:- Glwts, John
  16. Sold. Fab little nano looper pedal, boxed and with 9v psu. 10 mins of unlimited loops, a lot of fun in a little package. I bought this as a bridge between more complex loopers and it's been great for my once a week acoustic guitar "gig". Great condition, itd be hard to break it as its a little tank. Thanks, John
  17.
Fretted ones are available (Not selling mine, it's a keeper. Sorry.)
Glad you're still enjoying it. Great basses these, you can get a pretty good organic upright tone too. Glwts
  18.
Would look fantastic with a caramel scratch plate - wish I could justify buying it....
Cheers M. Looks like its sold, saving you the agony :-)
  19.
This is lovely! What's the nut width?
Hi Jono, measures at about 43mm. Cheers
  20.
Bit of a long shot, but I have an Ibanez SR-256 6 string fretless in pearl white, if it's something you'd be at all interested in?
Thanks for the offer, but I find the Ibby SR 6 necks a little narrow for my shovels. The BTBs seem to be a little wider. John
  21.
Not played a FL before. Any side dots?
There are side dots, but they're not in quite the right place, the neck was fretted but had an unlined board added. It's never bothered me as I play upright so am more used to muscle memory and ear. You'd be surprised at how instinctive playing unlined fretless can be...great fun.
  22. Sold Mighty Mite body, Squier SQII jazz neck (with F logo), SD QP pups, Gotoh Bridge. Put together for me by Andy Manners (Vintage & Rare) Bath, as my Boz Burrel tribute. Andy reshaped the board and put a new bone nut on when putting it together. Plays well, sounds like a fretless P should and currently strung with flats. Welcome to come over and try out. If enough interested parties I could also part out, but let's see if anyone is interested in the bass as is, then I will break down individual prices and post them on the listing. I'm in Bath. Might throw in a new quality padded gig bag if needed. Thanks for looking.
  23.
Crazy good value. A set of those machine heads retails for £90!
Cheers, Pete.
