1. Price drop to £400 plus postage on the cabs.
2. Oops, missed you were talking about PA amps The Peavey IPR range are D class and silly light, but still in a full 2u rack case for some reason, even though the internals take up probably 10% of the space.
3. Pedaltrain Mini Less than two months old and covered in high quality velcro. Comes with soft bag. I will include the large amount of velcro I bought as well, worth £15. £55 posted second class. Gareth
4. You mean like these Alex? PJB B-200 underneath a Bass Buddy preamp SWR Amplite underneath a Headlite
5. Come on people, this is an amazing bass. Looks fabulous, has amazing woody tones, mwah for days, heck it even smells good!
6. Head going tomorrow, cabs still available.
7. Another option is the Radial Bigshot i/o, which is about £80, requires no batteries, and has a trim pot to reduce the output on the second channel.
8.
How much for single cab?
£420 plus postage

10.
Was looking for another littlemark, but how much is the head alone ?
The head with the official MB bag is £550.
11.
I haven't tried them all obviously, but I found D'Addario Chromes to be very bright for flats. Too bright for me, in fact.
+1
12. I love this rig, I really do, but to be honest it's much more than I need. Markbass TTE500 head with soft case. 500 watts at 4 ohms, 300 watts at 8. Markbass NY151 RJ with Roqsolid covers Lightweight cabs (17kg each), powerful tube tones from the head, loud and punchy as you like. £1300 for the whole rig, collection preferred.
13. I love my Sandberg VT5. Most of the time I just use the P pickup, but it's good to have the J available if I want a bit more "bite".
14.
When my tax refund comes I may have this off of ya!!
Hooray for HMRC!
15. A few questions: 4 or 8 ohms? will you post? what are the dimensions? Thanks Gareth
16. La Bella now make flats specifically designed from string thru basses, such as these.
17. I bought them from Langrex who advertised them as New Old Stock, and I haven't even tried them out.
18.
Well Gareth it has not even left my house in the six months I have owned this lovely bass so its exactly as you remember it (bar a change of strings)!
You changed the strings? Oh well, that's it, the deal's off!!!
19. Darkglass seem to get a lot of love.
20. Seriously thinking about selling my Veillette so I can buy this back
21. I fancy something that just gives a hint of breakup, I don't want tons of overdrive, just warm subtle fuzz that is more obvious the harder you play. It must be a normal pedal size (i.e. roughly equivalent to a Boss) and it must be 9V centre negative so I can run it off my One Spot. Suggestions?
