Hi guys I've been offered a Demeter HB600, which is an amp I've wanted for years. Thing is the seller has no idea what to ask for it, given how expensive it was originally and how rare they are, so no second hand values to benchmark against. A new one from the US is coming it at £1900 shipped with import duties paid, and the only new one I can find in the EU is the equivalent of £1700 plus postage. I was thinking of offering £900; what do you guys think? Cheers Gareth

My Veillette Archtop is a beautiful thing and I want to treat it to a hard case. It looks like this: Now, ideally I'd like a proper hard case to put it in that fits the body shape, rather than a generic P bass shape case, so I guess I'm looking for a Les Paul case. Does anyone have a 34" scale Les Paul case they could measure to let me know if my bass would fit it? I think this Gibson case looks just the ticket, but no one seems to want to bother to get to me on the dimensions, and finding one in a shop is unlikely to say the least! For the record, the Veillette's dimensions are approx: Length: 46"/117cm Body depth: 2.5"/7cm Width at lower bout: 13"/33cm Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers Gareth
