All the MB kit that appears in my signature is made in Indonesia. Quality seems absolutely fine to me.

Tecamp, now Eich, offer their 1x12 and 1x15 compact cabs in 4 ohm versions.

I've tried loads of different bags over the years, but both my basses now live in Mono Vertigo bags and I don't think that will change

I'm not sure the tuner out would give you enough signal to drive a power amp. You'd probably be better off using the XLR.

Yes, that's the GP12XV, which was the front end of a rack preamp, three valve heads, and the 1225V combo in the early 90s. I don't remember seeing them in a straight 2x10 combo though: the 1225V had offset 10" and two 5" drivers.
