1. My new rig. 1000w goodness into two three-way cabs.
 2. I read recently from a shop owner that QC has improved following the relocation of manufacture to Indonesia. I have owned Indonesian and Italian made Markbass amplification and can't say I've seen any drop in quality.
 3.
Just out of curiosity, a question to anyone who's played the Mk2: how comfy is the access to the highest frets (22nd-24th)?
Not very, actually, as the cut out is only really at the front of the cutaway. You'll see what I mean in the picture below.
Not a massive fan of the MK2 shape myself. I think MK1 for four string and MK3 for fives and sixes
I agree. Having owned many Wals of all three versions, a well balanced (i.e. no neck dive) and not too heavy MKI wins for 4s, and I'd go MKIII every time for a 5 or 6.
 4. I sold Jason some patch cables. A simple, speedy transaction with quick payment and great comms. He's a good 'un!
 5. The DC-4 is new and unused, whereas the DC-2 is an older version and has had light use. Cost me £16 but will sell for £12 posted.
 6. New and unused, apart from testing. 3 x PCF-DL10 (10cm cables) 2 x PCF-DL18 (18cm cables) £20 posted
 7. Truetone One Spot with two Mooer daisy chains. Bought from Bearfist a few weeks ago but I've decided to go with a Cioks power supply, so I've tested but never used it. Asking £17 frim, which is wait I paid for it.
 8. I sold a PT Nano to Graham. Great comms and quick payment on a simple transaction. Very happy
 9. I bought a Mooer Baby Tuner from Pete. Great comms on a simple transaction. Very happy
 10.
Yeah, it's fab. Love that fat, warm west-coast sound.
Yes, that Pete Asher/Andrew Gold fulcrum really delivered on her mid 70s albums.
 11.
The Hiscox is just a tiny bit too short.
They make a larger version which, by coincidence, is teardrop shaped. Internal guitar case dimensions: Length 1245mm 49 " Lower Bout 393mm 15 1/2" Upper Bout 337mm 13 1/4" Body Length 558mm 22 " Body Depth 70mm 2 3/4"
 12. I've never seen a Hiscox with a proper padded interior: they all seem to be a semi-rigid foam with a crushed velvet like fabric, augmented with upholstered pads?
 13.
http://www.gear4musi...lyurethane/1VDF Still expensive..
That's very nice but, as you say, still lots of £. Plus not sure my bass would fit!
http://www.eaglemusi...cox-STD-EBP.htm Brilliant cases...
Yep, Hiscox are great, I just fancy something with a plush lining rather than their pads.
Not exactly "tear drop". But not far off. But it bumped your thread.
Yes, that's nice, and the shape's fine too. My bass is a singlecut though, so wouldn't fit in that.
 14.
Try Andertons....https://www.anderton...CFcgK0wodRHYMRA
Thanks, but yikes, a tad more expensive than I was thinking!
 15. LOL. What did you have? I can't find anything in the UK.
 16. Hello all Anyone know where I can get something like this in the UK? Cheers Gareth
 17.
Me
LOL, I thought Cuzzie was talking about another power supply!
 18.
As Damny says DC5 and also Al K
Sorry, what's AI K?
 19.
Which PT are you going for?
Metro 16 I think. Chorus, Overdrive, Compressor, Tuner and Providence Dual Bass Station.
 20.
I suppose so, it's a bit cheaper, although for a bit more the DC5 does give you more juice and an 18V option in around the same footprint, should you find your board expanding in future! Hotrox is the best place I know to get em btw, they stock all the accessory cables too: http://www.hotroxuk....r-supplies.html
Thanks again. While I am sure there will be a temptation to expand, for now I think the Adam will do just fine
 21. Presumably I could also use the Cioks "Adam" and daisy chain two of the 9Vs?
